Samantha Adams APNP

 Samantha Adams, APNP is an ANCC board certified family nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has been a nurse practitioner in the Fox Valley since 2014 and has had the pleasure of working with a diverse patient population. 

In addition to board certification as a family nurse practitioner, Samantha is certified as a health coach through the Sears Wellness Institute since 2021. She also has completed certification for aesthetic injections with the International Association of Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement with Biote. She most recently has received certification as Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP) through Functional Medicine University. 

As a nurse practitioner, she is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to all of her patients.
